Delivery:
Choose from Standard or DHL Express fully tracked delivery options in the checkout. All orders are despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday from our warehouse including engraved and embossed orders, and you should recieve regular email updates from our couriers . All local taxes and import duties for international orders are shown at checkout.

Our Packaging:
All of our packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel.
60 Day Returns
You can return non personalised products purchased from us for a refund using our returns service within 60 days of receiving the item. On engraved orders we are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we still offer our no quibble returns service.
