All orders are despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday from our warehouse including engraved and embossed orders, and you should recieve regular email updates from our couriers .  All local taxes and import duties for international orders are shown at checkout.

All of our packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel.
